Pump Respray & Vinyl Application — Esso

Esso required their forecourt pumps to be brought back to full brand standard — stripping back years of wear, respraying the pump bodies, and applying fresh branded vinyl graphics throughout.

The Challenge: Fuel pump surfaces accumulate layers of paint, grime, and old vinyl over time. Achieving a clean, consistent finish across all pumps requires careful preparation and precise application — any imperfections would be immediately visible to every customer pulling up to fill up.

Our Approach: We began by fully respraying each pump body in a crisp, clean white base coat — producing a smooth, uniform surface ready for vinyl application. All graphics were printed in-house on our large format Mimaki printer, ensuring exact colour matching to Esso’s brand standards. The Synergy Fuel Technology panel and Supreme+ 99 grade labels were then applied with precision, straight and bubble-free.

The Result: Pumps that look fresh off the factory floor — clean, on-brand, and communicating the quality of the Esso Synergy product range at every touch point on the forecourt.
