General

Absolutely. If you have artwork or brand guidelines from your designer or head office, we can work directly from those files to produce and install your signage. We accept files in AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG formats. We also have an in-house design capability if you need help adapting or creating artwork for large-format production.

Installation

We install a wide range of commercial signage including shopfront fascia signs, illuminated channel letters, LED neon signs, wayfinding and directional systems, paint spraying, hoarding and temporary signage, monument signs, and window graphics. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch — we'll let you know if we can help.
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. A single shopfront fascia sign can typically be installed in a day. Larger projects — such as multi-floor wayfinding systems or full shopfit-outs — may take several days spread across multiple visits. We'll give you a clear timeline during the consultation stage and keep you updated throughout.
Many standard illuminated and non-illuminated signs fall under permitted development rights and don't require planning permission. However, some locations — listed buildings, conservation areas, and certain commercial premises — may require advertisement consent. We can advise on whether your project is likely to need consent, and we're happy to help you prepare and submit a planning application if required.

Maintenance

Yes — we offer flexible planned maintenance programmes covering regular site visits, cleaning, bulb and LED replacements, minor repairs, and emergency call-outs. Maintenance contracts are available for single-site businesses and multi-site estates alike. A planned maintenance programme is the most cost-effective way to keep your signage looking its best and avoid costly emergency repairs.
If your sign is damaged — whether by weather, vandalism, or accident — contact us as soon as possible. We offer emergency repair call-outs for clients on a maintenance contract, and we'll do our best to respond promptly for one-off repair requests too. We can assess whether a repair or replacement is the most cost-effective solution and advise accordingly.
